Finally some awesome Wii and Punch-Out news! On my blog I was actually talking about playing the original NES Punch-Out then this gets announced on the same day! Enough with my rambling here is some pictures I stole from over at 1up and a short trailer video from YouTube. Also there was no information on gameplay or gameplay mechanics yet they are just teasing us.
Based on the idea of a gun from Metal Gear Solid 4 this crazy cool rubber band gun is solid stainless steal! Which gun this is based on I have no idea but it looks amazing. Watching the youtube video shows off the gun’s accuracy and other features such as a laser sight and a led light built in as well.
The first question that crossed my mind was “where can I buy this fine piece of bad ass fun?” and sadly it is a personally made item so far. The plans are not secret however if you wish to try and replicate it.

If you are into science, humor, and Mythbusters you will love this. Depending on how dense the air you are speaking through is you can change the pitch of your voice. I’ve discovered this long ago, but this video is awesome. I bet he was light headed after that.
YouTube is a great video hosting site but the comment system is a haven for stupid people. I don’t know why people think it is their job to post the most outrageous and sometimes offensive comments possible. This is captured perfectly in one of xkcd’s comics for those of you who have a sense of humor. Thankfully the YouTube Comment Snob plug-in for Firefox has this problem under control. I’ve been waiting for a plug-in like this, bummer it only works on YouTube, cause the whole internet could use one of these.
Even here at FoxPunk we do not escape comments like you will find on YouTube. Here is one I filtered out a while ago.
your sole judgement of diablo is the art direction? Are u a #@$%#@$ #@$%#@ noob? Diablo has always been great because of its awsome gameplay not because of “art direction”. Also youve seen only a few minutes of the game and you already making judgements about art direction. Blizzard posted a response about the art direction. In the beginning of the game its not as dark, it gradually becomes darker to create a pychological effect…. So next time you get the bright idea of judging a game entirely over art direction, do us all a favor and shoot urself in the head. P.S. — Its not most of the diablo fans that want the art direction to change, its a few hundred addicted nerds with loud interent voices, trying to pretend like the majority of d2 fans want the art direction changed. Yeah you just got pwnt, now go #@$% urself!!! =)

This was in response to “Diablo III Not Dark Enough?” in which I defend the art direction, show my support for Diablo III and suggest people to relax and just let the game be developed in its current direction. I removed this comment cause as you can see it was made by someone who didn’t read the original article and felt the need to spew his inner thoughts all over my blog. So I commend Christopher Finke and his goal to filter out the annoying and vulgar people on the internet!
YouTube Comment Snob hides badly spelled, profane, poorly capitalized YouTube comments - Boing Boing
First I am going to start by saying, oops. I meant to edit the previous post about installing PicLens but I deleted it instead.
Currently I am working on making the website load up a little faster and look a little more stream line here and there. This includes removing PicLens and SnapShots till I accomplish at least a certain level of speed increase. The other improvement is going to be remove certain items, Live Video, YouTube, and maybe Flickr Pictures to boost the load time of the home page. Though I think the option to view them should still be open as I do update my YouTube and Flickr often when I have time. As for my Live Video you can be certain I will move that to its own tab. On the way I am going to clean up some of the messy code I used while fooling around when I first installed Wordpress.
For a side note, I am crazy right now and I feel like I really need a bar of dark chocolate!

By the way those are other Players he is kicking, not NPCs.
